I don't think you can get bricks or legacy photos any longer...so if you don't have one you are out of luck.
I don't have either one...wish that I had a brick though as the legacy photos probably fade a lot faster.

We have one of each, the brick is actually in a little worse shape than the legacy photo. The legacy photos are etched so they don't seem to be affected by the weather so much as the brick. I will be including photos of both in my trip report so you can see them for yourself...theBIGyowski wrote:I don't think you can get bricks or legacy photos any longer...so if you don't have one you are out of luck.

We have both, though, we don't care about the picture at all. We don't see it every time, but check up on it, every now and again.

Re: do u have a brick in the magic kindgom walkway??
My family bought our brick in 1994 for $95. We are right in front of the entrance to the Magic Kingdom.
Here is me, exactly one year ago as it just so happens, standing just behind my brick.

I circled in red our brick location.

You can see how worn it is. The one right above us was rather new, and when I was asked about this at guests relations, they said if the bricks crack they often replace it. Our "contract" when we purchased the brick says they do not have to replace the brick if something happens to it and it can be removed at any time.

Yeah, sorta, I hope I kept the little paper. You can check in the photo supply store under Spaceship Earth and they will locate your Leave a Legacy engraving. For some reason, I had a few problems following the directions for finding it thoughdichuy wrote:Cool Amy! I'll look for it in April LOL!! I'm sure it will be easy to find, right?

Stay tuned to see if I located your brick dichuy...I think it might have been on Day 6 that I looked

I always thought they'd continue this program and figure out a way to continue the path all the way over to the GF. I know they'd need some sort of drawbridge where the path crosses the canal where they park the water pageant floats but still it seems doable.
No one's gloomy or complaining while the flatware's entertaining.

Maybe one day they will. I know they've got some bricks over by the Wedding Pavilion.horizons1 wrote:I always thought they'd continue this program and figure out a way to continue the path all the way over to the GF. I always wished my parents hadn't been too cheap (

Can't wait to take my twin boys on their first trip to Walt Disney World! Planning on heading there sometime Feb-May 2014!
Re: do u have a brick in the magic kindgom walkway??
We do not have a brick they had finished doing those by the first time we went to WDW however we do have two legacy photo's. The first one we went to get they sent the photo and place to us and then sent a letter to say that the tile had been destroyed in processing with a voucher for a free legacy photo if we were ever back at EPCOT.
Next time we went and had it done again, this time all went well and they sent the photo and place again, the next year we checked it out and sure enough there we were immediately under the monorail on the right hand side entering EPCOT,
Now I have to say I am a bit of a hoarder when it comes to Disney stuff and while cleaning last year I found the original photo and began wondering.
I decided to take it with us this time just out of interest, we checked the place left hand side this time found the tile and sure enough there we were again. Guess were? UNDER THE MONORAIL TRACK freaky or what.

Did you take a photo of your tile? What a shocker to have your first tile destroyed in processing
