From the disney parks blog on the 21st:
Next week, we’re celebrating “Hometown Heroes” at Magic Kingdom Park in honor of Air Force Week in Central Florida. And the day will include quite a sight – the United States Air Force Thunderbird jets flying over Magic Kingdom Park. The flyover will be Tuesday, October 26 at about 3:15 p.m. Also, United States Air Force dignitaries will be honored during the day at the park’s “Celebrate a Dream Come True” parade.
Tried to get a video of the flyover from TTC today to post here but it was really blurry. But if you want me to, I will post it when I can.
PS. That photo from the blog is from another flyover in the past.

I seriously got misty-eyed looking at that picture! I have a very soft spot for the Thunderbirds and to see them flying over a Disney park gives me goosebumps.
Thank you for posting!

Alas the picture is not mine. I believe it is from one of the previous flyovers in the past that was taken by Disney or by someone contracted by Disney. If no one minds a fuzzy video and having to cock your neck to one side to see it right side up, I'll post the video.

Yes, I saw the "P.S." in your original post...but I thank you for posting it anyway.

I don't always check out the blog and I would have missed this completely.
Personally, I would love to see your video!

Ok, then. I apologize in advance for how fuzzy and shaky it is.
Taken from the bottom of the exit ramp of the Seven Seas Lagoon Ferryboats. Top of the video is on the left side.

Nice! It amazes me that they aren't noisier as they fly over

I'm sure that is a lot noisier in person than it is depicted by the video. It really is an impressive site to see those things fly over in such a tight formation.

As Len said. It is
a lot noisier in person. Keep in mind, I took that video on my phone. The Mickey Mouse Club theme that was playing in the background was a lot louder than you can hear it in the video, as well.

Great picture and it's a fun video!! Being a Navy man, I can honestly say, they are almost as good as the Blue Angels!!

Yes, they are! I will never tire of watching any precision team. My favorite move is when one jet will sneak up on the crowd watching the rest of the jets in formation. It's hard to believe until you see the maneuver done, but you literally cannot hear the jet until it is over your head!

As great as the Blue Angels are, I will always have a soft spot for the Thunderbirds. I always feel great pride when I see them perform elsewhere!
