Most comfortable ride seats

Post by happysneakers » Oct Mon 18, 2010 11:43 am

My sister and I were having a discussion about which ride has the most comfortable seats in WDW, and so i thought id offer it up to the board.

Which ride has the most comfortable seats (has to be a ride, not a show/resturant/or any other sorts)?

We concluded it was the TTA people mover, but what are your thoughts?

Interesting question! Hmmm, Horizons was comfy, but that isn't around anymore. I'll have to think about that this afternoon :D

Comfy seats? In Disney World? :? Yikes. Maybe it's because I'm tall, but I think the pickings here are slim.

I wouldn't pick TTA. No leg room. Is the monorail considered a "ride"? I would put that up there. Along with Test Track and Soarin'. A man needs to stretch out! :goofy:

You can stretch out on TTA easily. Unless of course you pack the car you are in with a big group. Not to mention that it has padded seats...

Splash is a comfortable ride and Doom Buggies aren't bad. I'll have to think more on this!

haha i myself am 6'4" so i know the difficulty us giants have. My sister even said the monorail, but i don't think transportation counts. Thats why I chose the TTA because you can stretch your legs across.

The doom buggies aren't bad until you lean backwards on the way down, then they are downright uncomfy :(

I like SSE when you decend backwards. It make you feel like your in a recliner.

They are padded. Although very thinly. I've only ridden TTA alone once. That wasn't so bad. It's certainly not the worst as far as comfort.

I'd have to say Rock n Roller Coaster. It's a little cramped, but you get full padded support all around.

Trust me. It isn't as "padded" as you think.

Really? I felt like one time curling up in one and going to sleep (but the ride is too short to enjoy a good nap)...

My first thought before reading everyone elses was TTA also, even with 4 adults it's not that bad (although in full disclosure, I'm the tallest in my family at 5'6")

Second choice would be soarin'
"now, bring me that horizon"
