Disney would probably never locate to the midwest but just for fun:

Disney Mid-America-All walkways under clear hard plastic (AC in the summer and heated in the winter). All the normal wonderful stuff in-doors. You could really highlight history/heritage with alot of Louis and Clark type things or maybe make it futuristic and Epcotish with the walk ways and indoor focus- 365 days a year. Located around Gary indiana to pull in folks from the Chicago, St. Louis, Milwaukee, Cleveland, St. Paul, Minneapolis, Indianapolis, Louisville, Cincinnati area. It would be FANTASTIC!!

I scared to think of the safety requirements for the the midwest.....Flood Proof Tornado Proof, Heat Proof, Cold proof, bug proof... If it can be done Disney can!!!!!!!!

You know, I don't want everyone to get the wrong idea about me here. Seems many of my "snap" scenarios involve me unwinding with a beer. Heck, who am I kidding.... I love beer. Especially on Friday's after a long week of work.
