Has anyone ever done this Wishes Fireworks Dessert party before? What do you get for dessert? Is it all you can eat and can you really see the fireworks from the Tomorrowland Noodle Station or is the view blocked by an overhang? Is it worth the $$?

DH and I did this on our last trip! We absolutely LOVED it and we thought it was well worth the money! The desserts were amazing and never ending. They have all types of desserts! Choc. covered strawberries, fruit tarts, cookies, brownies and lotsa gourmet things! They seat you towards the front of the Noodle Terrace Station, we had great seats. They assign your seats too. We loved it and would definately do it again!

I didn't realize they did a Dessert Party during the fireworks at either of the parks. Now I'm definitely going to have to look into this for when we go in November. Where did you sign up for this Boilerbabe? Does any part of the meal plan count towards this?

As an update, I can't find a single thing about this on Disney's website, how did you find out about it?

I believe the only way you can reserve this is through the main dining number (407-WDW-DINE) and it is not available to reserve on the web like the other dining options. However it is temporarily not available as they are refurb'ing the Tomorrowland Terrace/Noodle Station to enhance this experience. There is no word on when it's going to reopen but it is believed to be back for Spring/Summer when it started up last year. So you should be good for your November trip.

We reserved it by calling the dining reservations number in August. It was very fun, the view of the fireworks were good. We paid around $45 for it.

I dont know with the price increase if we would do it again. It would be almost $60 for our family of 3 now. Here is a link with some good pictures of what was offered. http://www.disunplugged.com/2009/06/24/ ... ert-party/

The pricing has changed. Adults 10 and older are $23.42 and children 3-9 are now $12.77. This includes tax and gratuities.

When we went this past Dec. we were staying Club Level at the YC. And the concierge booked it for us. But like 99soulz said, you should be able to get through using the dining #. Good luck!!!

I didn't know there were dessert parties for Illuminations? Where have I been?!

I was hoping to do this for our August trip, but have been flummoxed as to why we couldn't book it online, and that they were only accepting reservations through July. I guess it's because of the planned refurb. Oh well, another trip!

How awesome! I did not know about this. We will definitely have to do this either as our evening out without the kids or with my in-laws. I don't know that I'd want to take the kids and fill them with sugar before bedtime, but it would definitely be a relaxing evening for us adults.

Currently there are no reservation available for this past July. I also read on another board that they took the chairs away in order to increase capacity.

Anyone know if this is true?

Well, I have booked a dessert party reservation for 4 for late July and am looking forward to it. I've heard of one for EPCOT but is it only if you do a Grand Gathering event or similar large group event? If there is a party that the general public can book for, count me in!
