Everytime I come to WDW my wife and I have to go the the Breakfeast buffet at the Maya Grill at the Coronado. It is the best breakfeast buffet I've been to, except for the $60 sunday brunch at the Miami Biltmore Hotel.

Boma. There is so much to choose from. I love the corn beef concoction that they have. Among many other things. Just fantastic.

I'm going to agree with kcarts. Boma has a great breakfast buffet with a large selection of both traditional and unique breakfast items.

I hear what you guys are saying and I am sure those choices are great...BUT...since I am only 39 years old and have not grown up yet ....My choice is Chef Mickey's. It will forever hold a special place in my heart and I just plain love the experience. Pure Disney fun and good food choices too!
Oh....also did I mention my affection for the Crystal Palce breakfast with Pooh and fiends????

Hands down Crystal Palace is our favorite breakfast location. Our second choice would have to be Boma. It is awesome too. The reason we like Crystal Palace is because of the potato casserole and the puffed french toast. It is to die for. On any given trip to WDW we have to eat at CP at least 3 times.

Crystal Palace for sentimental reasons...but I would love to try breakfast at Boma! Boma has become my new favorite WDW restaurant for evening dining. :]

I am a huge fan of the Captains Grill at the Yacht Club. It is not a character buffet, but the food is excellent. We have eaten there on most mornings over our past two stays and always left very satisfied. If you are looking for a character buffet, I would go with Cape May.

1900 Park Fare for me! I love the selection of food and the characters (the Mad Hatter is hysterical!). Ben twice and will definitely be returning many more times.

I'm a big fan of Tusker House. I think they have a wonderful seletection of food and the character interaction is great. It doesn't hurt that you can get early reservations there, get finished eating by park opening and be one of the first people in line for the safari.

Have you had that fresh fruit with whipping cream, yogurt and honey concoction at Boma? It is incredible, and so is the punch! I could be happy having that and never get near the gorgeous omlettes, etc.
Chef Mickey is still fun for dinner, but for breakfast, it would have to be Boma.
I am curious now, about Crystal Palace...puffy french toast sound awfully good.
