Space mountain opened in 1975 and Disney's All-Star Movies Resort opened in 1999 on this day in history!

You forgot Carousel of Progress. It opened the same day as Space Mountain at Magic Kingdom.
Happy (belated) Birthday Space Mountain, Carousel of Progress and All Star Movies (the first Disney Resort I ever stayed at)!!!

Wow, I didn't realise that. I saw CoP for the first time in 64 and I road SM for the first time in 75. I saw them both on their first years. First time at the All Star (Sports) it was two.
