Subsonic Radio

Just got back from WDW. On the ride from OKW to the Magic Kingdom I noticed that they had cleared some land on Bonnet Creek Parkway across from Port Orleans Riverside. It wasn't a huge piece of land. Maybe 25K sq. feet. As if they were going to put a building there. There were trucks on site but not much was happening at 8:00AM. I couldn't get the camera out quick enough to snap a shot.

Was wondering if anyone had heard what might be going on there (could something as simple a gas station although that close to the water, I'm not sure). It was definitely separate from the work at the top of Bonnet Creek at Vista where the Four Seasons is going up.

Drove past it yesterday on my way home. Couldn't tell you what it is, but I can say they are busy digging for something. Whether it is for a Cast Member parking lot (like what they do for the All Star Resorts) or just drainage, I don't know. But they are digging deep. One of the backhoes was on a 20 foot pile of dirt...

Was about to post that link... Well, now we know.

That seemed to go unnoticed. There was really no talk about any new kennels that I recalled hearing about.

I remember there was a SMALL announcement about it some months ago. Then all discussions about it died and it faded into the back of everyone's minds until a few days ago.

To be honest, to me it looks a little small for building a kennel, but then again, we can't see the depth of the area yet.

Maybe it's for small dogs and cats!!!!!
