Don't get me wrong, I adore Judi D. but she doesn't come close to Jeremy Irons. Part of the problem is she gets drowned out by the sound effects and music. But thinking on this...what celebrity voice do you think (or would you like to hear) do the Spaceship Earth Narration.
Part of me says Kevin Spacey and another part says Ian McKellen.

James Earl Jone. When they announced their was going to be a new narrator for SSE, I was really hoping it was going to be him. His voice is so good.
Another good voice would have been Dennis Haysbert (he's the Allstate commercial) guy, another voice that is just so well done.

Kiefer Sutherland would be a great fit. He has the perfect voice for it. And hey, maybe Morgan Freeman would be great too.

How about Billy Connolly or Robbin Williams? Although I agree Kiefer Sutherland has a great voice.

The only problem with Robin is keeping him on track. I don't know that the dialogue would survive the beating it would take from him. By the time he got through with Spaceship Earth it might sound more like Star Tours on acid.

How could I forget Kiefer Sutherland? He is my favorite actor haha. He would defnitely be a good narrator.

I think Morgan Freeman would be the best. He has an informative voice that you trust. Kiefer Sutherland has a great voice as well, but it has freaked me out ever since I saw Phone Booth.

I actually like Judi Dench and I think she does a good job with what she's given. It's really not her fault the audio is so messed up that it drowns her out, nor is it her fault the new script is
awful.
I'd like to give her another whirl, reading a decent script.

Stephen Colbert

Of course, he would probably insist that Spaceship Earth be named after him.

Okay,

They could redo Universe of Energy with Stephen Colbert and name it..."Universe of Colbert"!
