Is is possible to buy park merchandise online? I checked the Disney World website but didn't see anything. I also checked The Disney Store website, but that merchadise seems to be generic Disney stuff and not specific to the parks.

I don't believe Disney sells Park merchandise online. I think the only place you can get park stuff is at the parks or (I know) the outlet stores in Orlando.

I could be wrong, but I've never seen that stuff anyplace else.

To give a more correct answer to my earlier post. There is no official place to buy Disney park stuff online.

If you know of an item that you want to purchase you can call Disney merchandise and they will mail it to you for cost plus shipping.

If you would like to place an order you may do so by calling (407)363-6200 or by email with the following: Item list, name, phone number, billing address, shipping address and credit card information with expiration date.


Also here is their email address if you want to question an item. They will give you the numbers and if it is still in stock.

I've purchased several things from wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com they are very nice and easy to deal with. The only downside is I found the shipping costs to be very expensive. Make sure you order a bunch of stuff at one time instead of several smaller orders, it will save you money on shipping.

Yes, sherabby and Torylovesdisney are correct! I have bought several items through calling Disney. We wanted to complete our mug set and ordered them that way.

They would not ship coffee to me though, which I still don't understand. But all other items you should be able to get.

I have used both the email and the phone, and they are extremely helpful.

That is how I bought my awesome monorail shirt that has the "por favor matengase alejados de las puertas" on it.

Also, the World of Disney store in NYC sells a lot of theme park merchandise.

Yes, if you want to buy Disney merch after you leave the park you need to try to remember where it was and call the merch hotline. Describe what you want and where you saw it and they may be able to find it for you. The downside is that Disney merch changes rapidly sometimes so you have to act quickly after you get home. I tried to order a shirt once and it was only a month after I'd been there and there was no such shirt any longer.

ETA: There are some things you can't buy though. Some special edition or limited edition merchandise can only be purchased in the park. Even if it exists there you cannot call up and order it. Best thing to do is find a buddy to pick it up for you or go to Ebay.

You weren't wrong. There is no Official place to buy Disney merch online. You can however buy Disney merch after you leave but your only options are email or a phone number.

There is a place where you can buy surplus items including furniture, clothing, some collectibles, jewelry, etc.

I don't know if there is a thread on it or not so please excuse the double post if it is.
