Cast In Bronze

Hi guys. I was wondering if any of you remember seeing an act in Epcot called Cast In Bronze? Here in PA, we're halfway through Musikfest--a 10 day festival chock full of free concerts (some fairly big names!) and strolling musicians, etc. For the past 5 years or so we've noticed a guy who plays a carollon (sp?) a large assortment of bronze bells of all shapes and sizes. He draws HUGE crowds! We never really sat and watched an entire performance until this week, and we were just blown away! I got to doing some research on the guy, and it turns out he got his start in Epcot (no wonder I loved him right away! ;) I spoke to him briefly after his show last night, and he said he played with several other musicians in Future World, right near the entrance to World Showcase between 1997-2001. In all of our travels to WDW we'd never seen him/them! Just wondering if anyone has?
According to his website, once their contract ran out with Disney, he branched off and started his own thing. He's a major attraction here in Bethlehem every year, for sure. If you get a chance, check out his site! Pretty awesome...

Hmm, it doesn't sound familar but then again, I went through a small Disney World drought during that time and only went to Disney maybe once in that time span.

We, too, had a Disney drought during that time period. I was wrong in saying he got his start at Disney. He played long before that. Learned to play in France, and then various places throughout the US, before coming to Disney. He didn't wear the costume at Disney, either. I found video of him playing near the big Christmas tree. I'm not positive that this was a full time gig for him. It seems he was there mainly during the holiday season. According to one of the articles I just read, he's negotiating with Disney to come back for the holidays. That would be great! Honestly, I could see him playing over in front of France every day--they need to bring him back!
