If they could just add a little head padding on the way down it would be perfect!

I don't know if I've ever felt like I'm "falling" but it is interesting. Plus it helps after a long day to rest your back....almost like laying down.

It stops often to load riders from wheelchairs but I've never had a full evacuation break down. Pretty rare when we make it thru don't stop for a minute or two for the loading though.

I doubt you are in the minority, I like both narrations but you are certainly not alone in missing the old themesong!Disneylad wrote:Probably a minority opinion, but I really miss "Tomorrow's Child" and Walter.

I like both narrations, too, now, although I didn't at first.
I know this will brand me as a weirdo, but... Jeremy Irons' voice appeared on Spaceship Earth while The Lion King was still the big news, and it really bothered me that the voice of the only Disney animated character in history to commit murder successfully on-screen was now the voice of the history of human communication.
But, on balance, it is the emotional effect of the instrumental "Tomorrow's Child" at the top of the planetarium that I really miss. (Not that it wouldn't be ruined today, with the ridiculous, "warning, your ride vehicle is about to behave like a ride vehicle and do something; please don't sue us and stay seated" message.
