On my trips to the park I often like to find the hidden Mickeys in the rides and architecture. I have bought the book and have searched the web for many that are in and around the WDW resorts.
My favorite would have to be the one that you can only see from an airplane. The Mickey lake at the WDW Speedway (

What are your favorite hidden Mickeys at WDW??

One of my favorite Hidden Mickeys is in Norway on the Mural. The one before you get on Living with the Land is also a favorite of mine.

My mother and I spent hours one time, scouring the Wilderness Lodge for all the hidden Mickey's. We misunderstood our work sheet and thought it was somewhere pretty obscure... so we walked the hallways, studying the walls, the carpet. Duh, it was somewhere obvious!

My favorite is @ Pop. In the food court, look up and in one of the light fixtures is a hidden Mickey.

Mine would have to be the one towards the end of HM near the vikings.

Either the plates on the dining table in the Haunted Mansion, or the viking in the Maelstrom queue

Written in the book at ToT (lobby) and the hidden Mickeys made by the globes of the lights that you can only see walking. Oh yea the one in the entrance of R&R.

I really like the mickey in the last scene of Splash Mountain. And with the vikings at the end of the Haunted Mansion. I think it's neat to find them but don't have much time so I cheated and bought the hidden mickey book.

The plates in HM have to be my favorite, as that was the first one each of my kids found, when they were young

Besides my Wilderness Lodge story (above), there was one night we were in the Magic Kingdom. I had to have been around 16 or 17 at the time because I was wandering the park mostly on my own on that trip. Anyway, it was just before park closing and I'd remembered there was supposed to be a hidden Mickey in the final scenes of Splash Mountain.
So though it was nearly midnight and I was by myself at that point and my parents were expecting me, I went tearing off to Frontierland and managed to get on the ride before it was too late. I had the camera all ready to get that hidden Mickey photographed

, and while I got the picture... when it was developed, it was too blurry. Bah! But Mickey was one of the clouds during the Zip-a-dee-doo-dah scene.

I don't think the HM plates are a true hidden Mickey. I've seen various reports that say the plates are placed that way by CMS who "dust" the ballroom scene. It was not designed by the imagineers who built the ride.
personally, I like the Mickey near Inspiration Falls on the Jungle Cruise. It's a full mickey face, not just the tri-circle or profile view...
that, and I like the hidden Donald they built in AK (on the Kilimanjaro Safari in the lion scene)

At AKL there are 2 staircase towers surrounded by vines. When facing the lobby from outside, the one on the left has Mickey's face hidden in the vines about halfway up.

I think my favorite is the shadow cast by the lantern near the end of PotC, just because it's a cool effect. I have a soft spot for one at the Caribbean Beach resort, though, on one of the fish in the mural at Old Port Royal (at least, it used to be there - I haven't been back to look in a long time). It was being painted while we were staying there and I saw the artist put the HM in. Very cool.
