From what I can tell from the track I have and what I remember from being at WDW, it's music from various films that involve a flying theme. I do remember that the music from Superman and Apollo 13 is in the mix, but can't recall the others off the top of my head.

With the Queue area being redone at Soarin' in Epcot, will there be new queue music?

The unreliable Wikipedia had a list of them a while back. I know that the Battlestar Galactica theme and the theme from The Last Starfighter are two of them. I was standing in line and I told my wife, hey honey, I think that is Battlestar Galactica, and hey, is that The Last Starfighter. hehe. I think the theme from Patton might also be a part of it as well. I hope that helped.
