Starting November 11 it will take an entire arm and leg to eat at one of the B,L,or D meals for a family of 4 or 5. If my math is still active, It will cost me $166.00 for me and my wife and 3 daughters to eat breakfast. The later meal of lunch and dinner are even crazier.

I'm glad I'm using my meal plan to eat there in Sept!

As much as I love Disney don't you think that is just down right ridiculous??
AJBARTH, with your children don't you think that's insane. I would want to make sure we have the best time too, but sometimes I worry about the cost lately.

I thought it was bad when it cost Us (DW,2 DS, and self) $85 for breakfast with the fab five. $166 for breakfast?? What next?? Disney picks you up by the ankles and shakes out the last of your cash before you go home??
Can anybody say Cracker Barrel.

Makes the Dining Plan more appealing...
Try their holiday dinner rates... CRAZY!
But people will pay, so the prices will go up.

I can tell you right now that this is way out of line and since my youngest child is 14 which leaves me to pay adult prices for everything, there are many events and meals we use to attend all the time are no longer within our reach. I don't know how familes can continue to fork out these outrageous amounts and still do other things, the Hoop-Dee-Do is another example of just how messed up things have gotten. But as long as people are willing to dish out these prices, Disney will continue to keep up the scale and increase them on an annual basis. How times have changed over the years, but not for the better!

Sheesh, we'll never be able to afford to go there again!

As it is, when we were there years ago, we'd split burgers, etc to save money. $9+ for a hamburger was bad enough to merit sharing it. These prices are unreal.

For me, this will now fit into the category of "it's good, but not THAT good".

I've always enjoyed eating there, but I'm fine with counter service or one of the less expensive sit-down restaurants.
