Does anybody know what they're doing to Rio de Tiempo ride in Mexico in the World Showcase? They're not taking out all the 1970's cheesiness, are they? Because that's what I love about the ride. Regardless of the reason, don't expect to get on it anytime soon.
I tried looking on previous posts but didn't see any mention of this.

I agree. I will miss the campy feel of this attraction if they change it too much. I love the cheesy little films and music. Three Caballeros would be okay with me as long as they don't over do it. Remember, it's supposed to be about Mexico.aschrade wrote:Does anybody know what they're doing to Rio de Tiempo ride in Mexico in the World Showcase? It sounds interesting alright. Quite honestly, there were very few parts of the Mexico ride that I truly enjoyed. I loved the "outdoor" market place area near the queue and sailing through that part. I also kind of liked where you could see someone "scuba diving" on a tv screen. The people trying to sell you stuff was mildly entertaining, too.
What were your favorite parts about the ride?
