Kilimanjaro Safari Ride Specifications

Does anyone out there know where I could find the ride/vehicle specifications...It is for a school project for my daughter...

hmm. only thing I was able to find right now is this little tidbit:
The safari vehicles are modified GM trucks, and go a maximum of 10mph.
there's a little bit of info on the ride itself (like the area of it and such). there's not alot, but it's located over at Disney World Trivia.

outside of that, you may be able to call down to WDW and speak with someone who may be able to get that info.

The only thing I found was that they seat 32 people.

I have heard rumors they are expanding the vehicles, but for now its 32 people.

Interesting, that would be tough - they'd have to alter the loading docks, etc. and as they are right now they are just about the length of a box truck so something most people can easily drive or pick up pretty quick. Much longer and it gets harder to control and they can't go wider w/o some serious work all around the ride...
