Does anyone out there know where I could find the ride/vehicle specifications...It is for a school project for my daughter...

there's a little bit of info on the ride itself (like the area of it and such). there's not alot, but it's located over at Disney World Trivia.The safari vehicles are modified GM trucks, and go a maximum of 10mph.
Interesting, that would be tough - they'd have to alter the loading docks, etc. and as they are right now they are just about the length of a box truck so something most people can easily drive or pick up pretty quick.
