The stupid kid was pulling on the costume and trying to take the head off. There is more to the news story now and thats tiggers side of it. He was trying to get the kid off of him and he acidentanly hit his face cause you can't see in those masks.

Anyways the kid deserved it.

I knew it. That is what I've been tell'n evryone. Looks like the kid was up to no good and got caught. He didn't get hit, it was just Tigger just turning.

I like how Fox tried to make it seem like Tigger is still a pervert by connecting this story with that happened in 2004.

To me, it looked like the guy had his arm behind Tigger's head, near the back of the neck. That's where the costume part of the head is a bit exposed, so maybe Tigger felt the kid reach for it, and reacted to it.

I think the Tigger guy is getting the short end of the stick. Whether the kid pulls the mask or not you can tell Tigger is falling backwards and accidently hits the kid. Why can't people just grow up and move on. Why do we always have to get a lawyer?

What happened to the old days when people just got mad and swore a little and walked away? And tying the old case with this new one was just wrong. It had nothing to do with each other. It's not even the same guy!

Money Is always the root of all evil now all the family has asked for is a sorry from Tigger but they may sue later. if he says sorry he is guilty if he was smart he wouldn't say anything

you can see Tigger try to pull away from the kid and the kid starts to tumble to the side. it's obvious from that that the kid was holding onto something on the costume and Tigger prevented it.

The kid is a liar. He had to be doing something back there with his hand to provoke Tigger. Tigger wouldn't just grab his arm and then slap him in the face. It doesn't even looked like Tigger was aiming for his face, he swung his arm in a massive suit which he doesn't have much control over and accidentally hit him in the face. The CM was just trying to prevent being seen in partial costume (Disney's biggest pet peeve) because of some idiot kid.

One of the questions I'm asking is, are the parents that blind? Or do they just let the kids do what they want and only get mad when someone else dicplines them?

I laughed when I heard that the parents had to take him to the hospital that night because of neck pain.......are you kidding!!!! What a clown!!!

I'm pretty sure that if I got hit by a padded paw that I wouldn't need to go to a hospital. The only time I would is if Mike Tyson was the one doing the swinging.

Looks to me like the kid got what he had coming to him - if I were Tigger I certainly would want to take a swipe at a lot of those annoying middle school aged ones. Looks like he barely clipped him too, more of a reaction move to the kid hanging on him or messing with him... Trust Fox to make a scandal out of it...

This is lame. I just saw this for my first time. When I heard of it, I pictured Tigger decking the guy. The video makes it look like the kid is messing with Tigger, Tigger starts to push the kid off, but starts falling because the kid is messing with him, and then adjust his arm to tap the kid in the face. It doesn't look like the hit is hard at all. I HATE the media. They always blow everything out of proportion. You should see when it rains in LA. The news gets all frantic with "STORM WATCH" trying to pick out the worst stories.
