Who has been and where is the best place to sit? We're thinking of going this Christmas - but at $500 for the entire family it better be super good. Any opinions?

I haven't been to this particular show, but I've seen Two CDS shows in Boston . Their seating was similar. Go for the red! Front and Center.. though most of the seats are good anyway since the shows have a lot going on.

I saw La Nouba a few months ago, and sat in the upper blue section in 203. I thought those were pretty ideal because a lot of the show doesn't take place solely on the ground level of the stage. In fact, there's a high wire act and a aerial ribbon thing.

If you're down at the bottom- front and center, chances are that you're gonna have to look to the left and right, and crane your neck up quite a bit.

I would say take the red or blue sections of 205, 204, or 203. But since the stage is small, you can't really go wrong with the seats.

I believe the opening act of the show features all the performers marching along the space behind the 100 section from right to left.

I sat in the red section of 204 a while back and it was the best seat I could ever get for a show like this one!!!

if i recall...we sat in the pink section of 204. but, as Lion mentioned, a huge amount of the show takes place up high so most areas have a great view. where we sat, the show was easily viewable and enjoyable. i didn't feel like i missed much because of where i was seated. it was the only cirque show i've ever been to & i'm not sure about the others, but with this one, i fealt there was sooooo much going on every moment. so if i missed stuff it's because there was so many things going on at the same time. the other thing i noticed is that the theater is fairly small, so even the seats in the back are not terribly far from the stage. the intro to the show all took place in the aisle where the numbers 101 - 105 were. in that respect, our seat was perfect. hth

I sat in the same section and it was great! To be honest, the facility was built exclusively for this show, correct? I don't think there is a "bad" seat in the place. There's things to see high, low, left and right. The stage is often filled with bodies and action. Only on a few occasions is there a true "focal point" which does not move about the stage.

I hope you enjoy the show. It is very, very well done and has one of my fav CD soundtracks.

I sat in section 205 when I went in May. Our seats were excellent. I don't think they really have a bad seat in the house. It seemed like there were good sight lines through out. I would pick the second level, and maybe stay away from the last few rows and you should be good. I don't think there is huge advantage to sit in the lower level, since the action is all over the place. The show pricey but worth the price!
