Here's LOTS of MNSSHP Info for WDW

Post by Jacca5660 » Jun Fri 30, 2006 8:38 pm

My DW moderates on another site and she is the resident MNSSHP expert on there.She has graciously let me share the information she's written up through the years over here.
This will be DW and DS#2's, 12th MNSSHP in 2006.Me and my DS#1 have catching up to do as this will only be our 5th party!

This is a great time of year to be at WDW because the kids get free candy at MNSSHP and Mommy and Daddy can get samples of food and wine ( for a small price) at Epcot's Food and Wine Festival! :lol:

The dates for F&W are:September 29 through November 12, 2006

The dates and ticket prices for MNSSHP are for 2006.

The INFORMATION is from last year,2005 but things basically stay the same each year. DW updates her information after the first party and finds out what's new for that year.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
October is a beautiful time of year at WDW! The temperatures are moderate and the skies are often a crystal,clear blue during the day.But come night fall a purplish hue with eerie green light radiates from the Magic Kingdom.Huge glowing Jack O' lanterns float above smiling down at you.If you listen you can hear the shrieks and moans of spooky creatures and giggles and laughter from Trick or Treaters!
It IS a blast! My Sis and I (Both in our 30's!) went last year ('05) and had a BLAST! Even the
Adults were encouraged to Trick or Treat! (And I had my first taste of a "take 5" candybar
... and can i say "PERFECT FOOD" for women (especially at certain times...) The rides
were FREE AND CLEAR, because the children were character greeting and trick or treating!
Soooooooooooo CANDY... Great costumes...No lines at the rides..... AWESOME fireworks
show and the best parade I've EVER seen! MNSSHP is HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY reccommended!
I can't wait, I can't wait, I can't wait, I can't wait, I can't wait, I can't wait, I can't wait, I can't wait, I can't wait, I can't wait, I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm trying to figure if I want to go to 2, 3, or 4 mnsshp's. I love the mood lighting they have around the parks. It gave me some great ideas for my Halloween display at home. I also used their idea of hidding my fog machines in a fake hay bale. I love all of the little things they do to create the effect of spooky/erie.
It as much fun for the adults as it is for the kids. We usually come home with over 15 pounds of candy. Lets just say we never run out on halloween at our house. If you are planning to go, get your tickets as early as possible. The Friday night parties always sell out first. Image
I can't tell enough, try to go during dates that are also EPCOT food and Wine dates!! They add many more kiosk during the FaWF highliting more countries. Between the 2 events it a week long party for the whole family!!ImageImage
