Not really sure how this fits into Tomorrowland, but this is what we're getting:

aww, I loved Timekeeper. I wish they would've kept it. Update the movie and that attraction could be "Timeless"
but, things must change I guess. I'm just glad we have the recording and I've found video for Timekeeper... sad to see it go...

I'm with AKLRULZ, I'm not sure how this fits into Tomorrowland but I guess we'll see soon enough. I actually liked Timekeeper.

Here's a bit more scoopage on the storyline/attraction:
This all-new Tomorrowland experience, scheduled to debut in early 2007, gives Magic Kingdom guests the opportunity to participate in a live, interactive comedy show with some of their favorite characters from Monsters Inc., including Mike Wazowski.
Having discovered that "laughter is 10x more powerful than scream,"The Laugh Floor at Monsters Inc. has been trasnformed into a comedy club for visiting humans- the goal: gather big laughs and plenty of them.
The "monster of ceremonies" for this funny bussiness is Mike Wazowski. It was his idea to try for group laughs by bringing a bunch of humans to collect laughs in bulk, rather then visiting one closet at a time.
Management, as represented by Roz, is not exactly sold on the idea, so the preasure is on Mike to make his scheme work. Various animated monster comedians take the "digital" stage to build the laughs, while a laugh canister and board measure the amount of laughter to make sure Mike achives his goal.
Mike and his fellow comedians provide interactive oppurtunites for guest participation, using classic techniques such as improv and of playful teasing.

The attraction itself seems like it could go either way... however I'm upset that they're getting rid of timekeeper and like many of you have already said, it doesn't really fit in with with the tomorrowland theme - I hope Disney knows what they're doing (however seeing their previous projects, it may be unlikely)

I gotta say that this time they've really lost their minds. What in the world does this have to do with Tomorrowland? It seems to me they need filler, found movies work, and are running from there. I like the idea, hate the placement. Timekeeper was a terrific ride/show. It was very much true-to-Walt style...
I don't think they needed to get rid of Timekeeper - js is right. Just keep working on it a little every so often to keep it modern and you're set. If only they could move it over to Epcot where Wonders of Life is - it is very Epcot-ish. Sigh...

It's funny that you mention that. I was thinking they could get rid of the Indy Cars at the Indy Speedway and put in Cars from the movie Cars.Mr.ToadWildRider wrote:Stitch, Buzz, and now Monsters...the TTA will soon change to feature Cars characters instead of stylish WEDWay cars to travel around Tomorrowland, including a trip through Incredibles Mountain (formerly Space Mountain)
This may not be a great idea, but I just don't care for the Indy Cars (Maybe NASCAR). Still love watching kids drive them though. It's always a thrill for that first time driver.

Sounds like a rehash of Talk with Crush.... I was hoping for something new and different. Not that crush isn't cool, but i'm just alittle disapointed.
