I believe the servant's entrance is really a fire exit, but leave it to Disney to theme the heck out of a utility hallway. The video at that link is worth a watch. Fun!

That is exactly what it is/was. Themed exterior door for the evacuation purpose. Disney quickly added some stuff to the hallway to theme it a bit so you at least feel like it is a part of the experience.
