A flyer to promote the upcoming Expedition Everest preview will be distributed in check-in folders to all Members staying at a DVC resort from January 12 -29. The purpose is to communicate this preview to Members staying on property.

Members can be among the first to experience Expedition Everest,TM an exhilarating new attraction coming to the Walt Disney World® Resort. During this sneak “peak” of Expedition Everest– Legend of the Forbidden MountainTM Members just need to show their Disney Vacation Club Member ID Card at the attraction’s entrance during regular Theme Park operating hours to enjoy the preview with as many as three Guests. The Members and their Guests will even receive a complimentary lanyard and pin!
Dang it! Wish I was going to be there those dates! :)

Sounds like a blast and a nice little perk for DVC members. I can't believe that there are enough DVC members though to keep the attraction busy during the preview period. Who else will they be letting in?

Wow I just heard of this attraction on Christmas, and its ready for previews?

I saw a show on one of the cable channels, and they were showing Expidition Everest under construction.

But I am really out of the loop when it comes to what's going on at the parks it seems.

I want to know what the big deal about the big Yeti is...

I heard that the Yeti chases you or something. Backwards? Yeah, I'm also out of the loop when it comes to new attractions.

DVC is Disney Vaction Club. Its the Disney time-share deal. I assume its better than regular time shares since its done by Disney. Still beyond this humble one's means by any rate.

Those are new dates, for a while it was only the last handful of days in Jan. I'm still bummed, I'll be there this month and would love to ride but not only am I a couple days too early for the new DVC days, I'm definately not a DVC member! If I show my room key can I get in [psst - hey buddy, here's a 10 if I can get in line as your "guest" :D]

I'd love to see it but I can't handle rollercoasters. I'm more of the stay on the ground and say it looks awesome. I'm not a member of the DVC either, if you can't use your points for the other parks in the world it isn't worth it. JMO

I was informed passholders also get to preview the ride! I can't wait. It's too late to make reservations at a hotel for me, but my wife and I already have the weekend plans stamped on our calender, and the days off requested from work!
