Attraction List of Little-to-No-Wait Times

There are certain rides that I simply don't do during the day, knowing the crowds will drop dramatically after dark. Maybe we can start a list of best no-wait times!! YMMV, so let's call this the average day. Even on a busy day, though, this list could help mitigate the crowds:

Rarely a Wait
Hall of Presidents
Country Bear Jamboree (maybe after the first few shows)
Enchanted Tiki Room (maybe after the first few shows)
Carousel of Progress
The Seas with Nemo (may be busy early in the day)
All Epcot Circlevision movie-based shows (Circle-Visions, Impressions de France)

Late Afternoon Onward
it's a small world
Peoplemover
Liberty Square Riverboat
Mickey's Philharmagic
Listen to the Land
Journey Into Imagination with Figment
Dinosaur

After Sunset
Pirates
Jungle Cruise
Haunted Mansion
Little Mermaid
Spaceship Earth
Mission: Space
Star Tours
Expedition Everest

An Hour Before Close
Big Thunder
Space Mountain
Winnie the Pooh
Astro Orbiter
Rock n Roller Coaster
Kali River Rapids
Test Track
Splash Mountain

Rarely Short, Even At Closing Time
Peter Pan's Flight
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
Frozen Ever After
Toy Story Midway Mania
Avatar Rides (Both)
Smuggler's Run
Rise of the Resistance

Shouldn't we add all of Avatarland and Toy Story Midway Mania to the "rarely short" list? TSMM always seems to be long to me, but I haven't been to WDW since 2012...

Good point - I didn't make a comprehensive list but you are right, those are great examples of ones that are always crazy. I've updated the list.

Lets not forget to add the new Star Wars rides, Rise of the Resistance and Smugglers run. ALWAYS a ridiculous wait time.

I gotta be honest. Not to give you a big head, LOL, but I find this list very helpful. Thank you for creating it for everyone.

No big head here. But I do shake my medium-sized head whenever I see huge lines for some attractions during the day and knowing full well there will be no wait at night. Spaceship Earth is forgivable since it's at the front of the park and people can't help but stop, but waiting more than 20 minutes for Pirates is crazy.
