Symbol on New Shirt

Not sure if this is the best place to but I did buy the shirt at WDW.
I bought a new shirt. Blue long sleeve. Mickey head in the middle. Compass like layout with the main symbol of each park at North, South, East and West. South is ToT. Next to that symbol, along the edge is a palm tree and a symbol I'm trying to find out the importance. It is round (maybe a coin not sure). It has the number 500 and below it a star. There is a black line running through, but I'm not sure if that is part of another item. The circle is not solid, it is either cracked and offset or the edge of the circle could be a whip.
Anyone have any ideas?

That might be it. Looking at after you said that, I could definitely see it being a broken plate. Thanks.

Looking at just left of south
I'm also trying to determine the building just to the right of the giraffe. Making a quick guess of either an African building or Dinosaur. But then I was thinking, maybe that is a crossover spot (in other words, still part of Hollywood Studios) which most likely makes it Chinese Theater.

I think you've got it figured out. That does look like a plate from TSMM and a sort of plain version of the Chinese Theater. Pretty neat design though!

A little hard to see but I'm going with the plate.
If you're curious, the the coordinates (28.3575N 81.5583W) are at the Studios. According to google maps, a spot backstage behind the Prime Time Cafe. Close to the front gate so maybe it rounds with some error. Seems a pretty safe guess that the other coordinates are for the other parks.
