according to the
official website, parasailing is still offered (on the seven seas lagoon or bay lake is not stated there). As far as price or impression, never done it myself, so I couldn't tell you that...

bdinger - they do. My husband and daughter went up and had the time of their lives, and said it was worth it. The photos he took were amazing, too.

That makes the parasailing 15 cents a second for the Single Flight. Contrast that with the highest priced single park ticket price and if you stay for 9 hours it only costs you .1844 cents per second. Makes those park tickets look like quite a bargain!!

I think it's only like $50 (maybe less) if you go to Clearwater beach (about an hour or so away from the parks I think). and there, you can go for a long time, right on the ocean.

That's a great idea. We often don't have a car, so are restricted to the onsite offerings, like the surfing lessons.
They also do it around here (I'm in New England) but it's so dang cold that they would have to PAY me to do it!! LOL!

I would assume they land on the boat (the same platform you take off from). landing in the water wouldn't be nice if it got cold down there (the water would probably still be on the warmer side, but once you got out - brr..). But, I may be wrong, as like I said, I've never done it myself...

Thanks again for everyone's responses!
If I were you, I'd make reservations. No reason not to

You can make the parasailing reservations 90 days in advance. If anyone has any questions about reservations they can probably be answered at the Planning Strategy Calculator site:
