Every time I have driven past that place during the summer months it looks like the water park is overcrowded.MadEye wrote:When you go to Wet 'n Wild (a friend wanted to go and I've never been) and you think to yourself "This isn't Disney."
Seriously. They have an express pass for the major slides and what should have been a 15 minute wait (if even that) for all of them became 45 minutes or longer. The best thing I did there was the lazy river... That says a lot!!!

Yep. The closest one is 25 minutes away (i think) and the other one is about one hour away. Those are the ones I know of.mindflipper wrote:MetalRage lists his location as West Palm Beach, FL - I could believe there's two stores down thereJacca5660 wrote:WOW!!! I am intrigued by the Disney Outlet stores too. Leftovers from the parks might be tempting

When you come up with 5 or 6 different costumes for Mickeys not so scary which coincide with or are made funny with specific attractions at the park. (ex: Ghostbusters @ Haunted Mansion)

It was crowded but then again, it is an extremely small water park. Heck, one of their newest slides was built on an extension of land into the lake that is behind it...mindflipper wrote:Every time I have driven past that place during the summer months it looks like the water park is overcrowded.MadEye wrote:When you go to Wet 'n Wild (a friend wanted to go and I've never been) and you think to yourself "This isn't Disney."

Meh. I'm looking forward to a visit to Typhoon or Blizzard in the next few months. September or October sounds good. Fewer guests and less heat/humidity.

Not at the MK - no alcohol! But you could do a pub-crawl through EPCOT's World Showcase for a "bachelor weekend" at a park - and if you're lucky, dance with the belly dancer at Morocco.theBIGyowski wrote:When you are getting ready to leave for your bachelor party...and you wonder what it would be like if you decided to go to WDW for a bachelor weekend...

We checked out Aquatica last year and even though it's not Disney, it was pretty nice. Not crowded and laid out very well. Plus they have 2 lazy rivers, one slow, one fast. I recommend it... for a day trip during a longer Disney vacation, of course.MadEye wrote:Meh. I'm looking forward to a visit to Typhoon or Blizzard in the next few months. I'm still waiting for their confirmed updates to the park. New slides/attractions, etc. A year or two and I'll think about itNaCler wrote:We checked out Aquatica last year and even though it's not Disney, it was pretty nice.
