Usually in tears, and very angry at the outside world, haha.

The anger for me doesn't kick in until I am at the airport and the plane that is taking me home arrives. I am always very bitter and angry at the people coming off since they are most likely just starting their vacation.

Usually right after the fireworks, I scream "Fire!". Miraculously, 80% of the crowds leave the park allowing me to roam freely until the park "really closes". By the time I get out of the exit, the lines for any mode of transportation have dwindled down. It works all the time.
Hey... you never know.

I leave as slowly as possible. Normally they have to through us out.

I know that feeling all too well.

After our first night back home after our last trip to Disney, my 4 year old woke up in the morning, realized he was home and said "This isn't Disney World! I want to go to Disney World". Apparently, grief that the trip has to end some time starts at a young age.

Pretty much the same way for me as well.

When I'm up at the World with the family, let's just say they stay well out of my way when we're leaving on the last day.

Tired of course, but not wanting to leave. And planning the next time I can come back! It's hard to believe that a place that is pure fantasy is like a second home.

we tend not to wait till closing - but we try all the different transport. Alot of the time we will plan dinner at different resorts, so for the clam bake we will get the boat from epcot to yacht and beach or for kona cafe we'll get the boat from magic kingdom or for the grand floridian cafe we'll get the monorail, it all depends on our plans and/or what the transportation queues are like

Happy

I almost always leave the parks happy, and usually tired, adrenaline drained...til I get to dinner, and then all the memories from the day soar and I am re-energized.
Next trip, which is coming up pretty soon, I am going to buy a balloon. Not a big deal balloon, just a balloon.
Last trip I bought popcorn, delicious, salty, not good for my blood pressure popcorn, and I enjoyed every yummy kernel. It was freshly popped. It smelled wonderful, and I saved the little paper container it came in, lined it with a plastic cup when I got home, and put a little houseplant in it. It's still in the breakfast room window...and it's a major smile bringer.
