This is a hard one to choose I'm a big Indiana Jones fan but in the spirit of Disney it would have to be Fantasmic

I would agree if the viewing area for this show was bigger. They really need to move this to accommodate a larger audience. You shouldn't have to stand in line for over an hour just to get a seat in the back.

Agreed - I was pretty glad when F1gment said she didn't have to see the show this year. We listened to a little of the music that we could hear while we staked out our spot for Illuminations...

This show (Walt's Idea) evolved from a procession through the Magic Kingdom, to Town Square, where they performed it in front of the train station. It got so overwhelmingly popular (I was there one year and I literally could not move my arms up over my waist) So they moved it to America Gardens theater, and ran it several nights, and still it proved so popular they had to add ushers and special seating, then of course they wised up and started offering it as a dining package. I used to be able to get special seating because a friend of mine was the stage manager, but they no allow that. It is truly spectacular, even if you have to stand outside the theater...

It would be nice if they had a slightly larger venue for it as so many people still don't get to get seated to see the show. It really is a moving experience to see the living tree choir and listen to the nativity story in such a cool setting. I overheard a lady saying they had an adult daughter with developmental disabilities. The daughter loves the music so much that they bring her every year and sit her right outside the rope so she can listen to the show. She said she didn't try getting her into the show since the seating is so limited, but her daughter is happy just being able to listen.

Cousin, make sure you get seated INSIDE the theater. I've done it both ways, and closer is better, where you can actually see the orchestra. Best to do the dining package, guaranteed seating that way. Our celeb narrator is going to be Chita Rivera. One year we went and it was Jim Caviziel. I know Gary Sinese does it every year.

Cousin in Miami, how did you like Candlelight? We went too. Saw Chita Rivera, who did a splendid job.

Sounds awesome. Wish we could get down to Disney around Christmas time. Too Many vacations for other people. One of these days I hope. :goofy:

I am seriously considering singing in this year's Candlelight. My bro-in-law leads a Catholic choir who has been in Candlelight the last two years and they are planning on it again this year. They have invited me to sing in it, so I am thinking about it. It may be the only way I can see it! haha...

Fantasmic!, without a doubt. There are few shows that I DON'T like, but Fantasmic! is the best.
Hoping to go back to the Magic soon.
