Was the audio of Star Tunnel when you went into Space Mountain still playing on the TTA?

No. Space was dead quiet, save for a loud bang from (I'd guess) the load area. They didn't even have the announcements for Space Mountain when you enter the tunnel.

No changes to audio at all, though we will have to see if they did anything to the Space Mountain announcements when it reopens. Mr. Morrow is still paged.

Hallelujah!! Those are my favorite bathrooms in MK! They are quite often overlooked....

I'm hoping they didn't change the scene where you enter into the SM area, I think it's before the gift shop, and it's a hair salon...don't ask why, but I love that!

From what I've heard, the only change to TTA is the different colored lights along the track.

That is actually before Buzz Lightyear's SRS. And yes, it is still there.

I thought they'd at least take the time to change the dialogue for when you pass over the Interplanetary Convention Center, since that's not what is there anymore. (I hate Stitch too, but the Tomorrowland story is contradictory as it is right now.)

We use these all the time!!!! I headed that way by habit this past trip in August never crossing my mind that they might be closed.

I hope they really enhance Space Mountain--its easily one of Magic Kingdom's best attractions.

I just read on another board and saw on you tube and heard an audio clip to confirm it that they have changed the audio of the TTA Spiel. It sounds a bit like the old peoplemover, however I don't think it's as good. The narrator sounds like the guy from Living with the Land. I don't like it one bit. The TTA doesn't really have a cool theme anymore like it did, but neither does Tomorrowland anymore also.

And no more Paging Tom Morrow or Traffic Coptor

I am very upset! I will comment more once people hear it for themselves

I too am highly disappointed in this new audio. I really do not like this new audio at all. They really removed the "story" that the imagineers had for the ride. To me, this is a major step back and I am deeply saddened by this.

I do hope this is just temporary. I agree with Packwingfn. I really like the old spiel and the paging of Mr. Tom Morrow. It is just not the same. The voice does not really give you a futuristic feeling. We go in December. Hopefully there is a different spiel for use once Space Mountain is opened.
