Star Tours: When Rex says everything is OK and we will be heading to Endor in just a moment, meanwhile in the background you see a Star Destroyer grab the ship in a tractor beam.

Muppet Vision 3D: in the pre show when the Construction workers are putting up the signs. I find them hilarious.
