My favorite resort is the Beach Club! Love the atmosphere and the pool is the coolest I have every seen! With the huge pirate ship slide and the sandy bottom! It is a great kiddie pool to!

I'd have to agree with you there! The original Poly pool rocked!!! I remember the slide! I think it lost a little of it's specialness when they re-did it. The Volcano pool doesn't do anything for me.DaRkNeSs wrote:that pool is cool! but I am sorry the original poly pool was better!HauntedMansion74 wrote:My favorite resort is the Beach Club! Up until last year i would have said WL is definately my favorite without having to think at all. Last year we stayed at the AKL for the first time and it is a great experience. It's hard to choose between those two, but I think I'm gunna stick with WL as my favorite with AKL as a photo finish second.

Well, my favorite hotel is Port Orleans - Riverside when I take my Mom to the Flower and Garden Show. However, as a family, we love to stay in the Cabins at Ft. Wilderness. For you old schoolers, these used to be called the "Terry Trailers" because they were actual "mobile" home trailers by Terry. I love the feeling of Ft. Wilderness...you're secluded and private and feel like you have the entire place to yourself. We've had armadillos, chipmunks, squirrels, and even frogs around our cabin (outside of course) and it just makes the feeling all the more special!

I have always loved the Contemporary. Never had bad time there even if I wasn't staying there. I still wished they would have the Disney Annual Stockholder's Meetings there again. It was great having them on WDW property instead of some place in Kansas or some other off-beat location. The Contemporary was just made for it.
