Fantasyland needs more attractions. With all the space gained by filling in the lagoon, the is enough space for 2-3 c & d ticket rides and 1 e ticket. Disneyland has tons more dark rides than WDW.

Tomorrowland could really use a new e ticket. Something very progressive/forward thinking ( it is TOMORROWLAND after all). Could be put where the galaxy theater is or behind the speedway. Or better yet, remove Stitch. It is the worst attraction ever. I even like the Laugh Floor better than Stitch.

I have visions of getting behind the wheel of an out-of-control motor car, careening though the countryside, climaxing with inappropriate contact with a locomotive...

FWIW, Adventureland also has Aladdin's Magic Carpets, the Tiki Room, and Swiss Family Treehouse. They may not be the best attractions out there, but they still are attractions, nonetheless.

I love Adventureland. With the theming and music, it is easily my favorite land in the park. I wouldn't mind a change or two here or there with some attractions, but I personally wouldn't want them to do too much to the land. Btw, I personally couldn't care less about Swiss Family or the Carpets. They have my vote to replace them. ;)

I think I need to go request the Adventureland loop, now. :D

My vote definitely has to go to Tomorrowland. My opinions (which basically are the same as so many others):

Space Mountain - Overall - Good Attraction. Needs some updating and cleaning up, but nothing more. The attraction itself is fine as it is and doesn't need major changes.

Speedway - Overall - Bad Attraction. Has nothing to do with the future or "tomorrow." Serves to take up otherwise useful space and is an outdated eyesore. If they didn't replace the attraction completely, they could at least switch to electric cars and update the track and entire theming of the attraction.

TTA - Overall - Good Attraction. But, I'm biased. This is one of my favorite places at WDW. It most definitely needs some refurb, though. Paint goes a loooooong way. I wouldn't mind if they updated the attraction, but I wouldn't want them to get rid of it completely.

Astro Orbiter - Overall - Good Attraction. It looks cool with the lights and the spinning around at night. Personally, I never bother with this attraction, but it has huge lines, kids like it, and it serves its purpose (just like Dumbo and Aladdin do). It has good futuristic theming.

Stitch - Overall - Iffy Attraction. I can buy Stitch in Tomorrowland. It makes sense, and it is good marketing. But, I do not buy a rehash of Alien Encounter. The attraction is lame and I would gladly give it a good nudge out the door.

Buzz - Overall - Good Attraction. Good condition. A fitting, spacey, and appropriate addition to Tomorrowland. Doesn't need changing.

Monsters Inc. - Overall - Bad Attraction. This is the absolute best they could come up with to replace Timekeeper? Really? I saw this attraction twice: my first and my last. But, it'll be around for a while.

Carousel of Progress - Overall - Good Attraction. I know about the maintenance issues, and I know how desperately Disney wants to be able to nix this. But, it's just not something they need to get rid of. What would Walt say? This was HIS attraction, he loved it. It may not be completely "futuristic," but it's all about progress. It needs to stay and only be updated and renovated at different times.

Besides some of the attractions that need to be looked at, the overall theme and look of the land could use some help, too. Something also needs to be done with the Galaxy Palace Theater. Though out of the way, it's a waste.

Again FWIW...I still LOVE Tomorrowland.

Arrrrrr.
Properly warned ye be, says I.

Adventureland needs some refurbishing...the area itself and perhaps the jungle cruise attraction. Its starting to look outdated.

Indy speedway in tomorrowland needs some serious help, but I voted for Toon Town. Most of what is back there seems to be just filling up space with very little substance. Give us another D or E attraction. In my opinion the Barnstormer is a C attraction at best.

As much as I would love to see the speedway demolished and replaced with something else (ANYTHING ELSE!), I think Toontown needs the most work. Tomorrowland, in spite of the blemish of the speedway, at least has a decent number of attractions, whereas there Toontown is very much limited to the 10 and under demographic. It needs a bigger attraction back there just round it off and make it more appealing to a larger crowd.

Perhaps they could scrap the speedway and expand toontown... that would kill two birds with one stone. I never would have thought of that f you never made that comment either. My mind was set on keeping that physical land as part of Tomorrowland for some reason.

^Wow, that is a good idea. I never would have thought of that either. Glad you could put two and two together out of what I said, even though I couldn't!

REPLACE THE SPEEDWAY WITH A NEW VERSION OF HORIZONS. A LOOK AT THE FUTURE WAY OF LIFE IN VARIOUS ENVIRONMENTS (NONE OF WHICH HAS REALLY COME ABOUT YET). I'D LIKE AN ATTRACTION THAT TAKES MORE THAN 4 MINUTES TO COMPLETE. COP FILLS A DIFFERENT NICHE AS A LOOK AT WHERE WE'VE BEEN. STITCH CAN GO. IT'S RERIDE-ABILITY IS NOT GOOD AND IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNGSTERS.

MK IS STILL BY FAR MY FAVORITE PARK. WE ALWAYS START AND END THERE.

^Shoot, YES, Stitch needs to go. Of all the Disney characters, he's the one I can't stand. Well, *he's* cute, but I just don't like what the company is doing with him - he's taking over EVERYTHING. He's in ToT merchandise, Space Mountain merchandise, he was in Hook's ship during the Flower and Garden Festival, etc., etc. Man, keep him to his own movie. And bring back Alien Encounter!

Main Street U.S.A: I believe is nearly perfect. There are a couple of little things I'd like to see different but nothing major. Like I'd like to see the Main Street Theater more like a theater again then just selling online stuff.

Adventureland: Aladdin's Dumbo Ride isn't too original and the Tiki Room although Classic puts people to sleep. I know a lot of people want to see the Jungle Cruise updated, and I could go with that. Not a lot here and could use more but what it has is time consuming and enjoyable

Frontierland: one of my favorite areas and has so much to do. Tom Sawyer island definitly needs an update and I swear Aunt Polly's could be a major sit down place separated from the crowds and over looking the water and Splash mountain. But all in all so much to do and the area sticks with the theming.

Liberty Square: Again, not a lot here and could use some more stuff, but the few items they have are great. Try riding the Mark Twain river boat right before dusk. An amazing relaxing ride.

Tomorrowland: Same complaints as everyone else. Where is the Tomorrow land theme? Should be called PixarLand. Still, whether they need updates or not rides are still great and still always crowd favorites. But this is a theme park. Theme Theme Theme!

Mickey's Toontown Fair: Not a lot really here. Just one big playground for kids which is what they need if you ask a lot of parents. Where can we let them burn off some energy? Toontown! Leave it.

Fantasyland: Theming is great, rides are great. (Need to move Monsters here in my opinion). Biggest complaint is do something with the lagoon dang it! Also Poohs playground copycat toontown blah blah. Geez here is a genius idea. How long did it take to come up with this, like five seconds? And bring back Toad!

So after much thought and debate I am going to have to go with the group here and I always thought I wasn't a follower! But Tomorrow land needs a lot of work. The theming of the future seems to be gone. Sure Buzz is great but seems more like a fantasy ride since you're chasing BATTERY STEALERS! Also Monsters has nothing to do with the future. There is a theater that never gets used and really neither does the Stitch ride. What about this area shows the future? COP and Space maybe?

I think there are places in tomorrowland, adventureland and frontierland that need a bit of a face lift. Since the skyway has been removed in tomorrowland/fantasyland nothing has ever been put in it's place, these are two sites that could easily house a new attraction. The tommorowland site is the largest and if you got rid of the nearby games arcade that space could also house a new attraction. I also think timekeeper was a great ride and i'll never understand why they got rid of it and replaced it with monsters inc laugh floor (what a waste of space that show is) and the nearby noodle station (which doesn't seem to be that popular) could also house a new attraction, adventureland seems to lack a ride from the entrance that starts at main street usa until the swiss family treehouse. Frontierland seems to need a new ride as there is nothing new since maybe Splash Mountain/Big Thunder Mountain - maybe a couple of the stores could jointly become something. Magic Kingdom seems to be the part which has had the least rehabs and money spent on updating it, future world in Epcot has had tremedous money spent on it over the years and has now some of the best rides in WDW. also Animal Kingdom too has had alot of changes with it mainly in Asia with the fantastic Expedition Everest and terrific Finding Nemo musical added in the last couple of years whilst MGM has had the motor stunt show added as well as hosting events that bring lots of people back every year including star wars weekends for a whole month. Magic Kingdom wouldn't need alot of work on it just a little thought and careful planning to make this park on par with the rest of wdw.

I think Main Street is becoming the most overlooked problem in the park. Has anyone else noticed that besides the the Barber shop and Casey's, the entire west side of the street is a mega-gift shop? They've even filled in a side street to expand it. Without the proper era shops, Main Street is only a bunch of building facades. The real theming and atmosphere was inside the buildings. Therefore, one half of this land is obliterated, and quite subliminally to most guests. What's to stop Disney from destroying the other half?

Don't get me wrong, I think every other land (maybe with the exception of Liberty Square) needs fixing too, but at least the theming is just a little ruined and easily fixable in the other lands. It's not completely gone like in the case of west main street.
