As for me, if I poke my steak with a fork and it moos, then it has not been cooked enough for me. I like my steak well.

Yup, here you go my friend ~ Sea and Land - Grilled shrimp with cucumber salad and BBQ beef skewer with creamy polenta. Sorry no surf-n-turf entrees, only this one appetizer, surprising actually that they don't have an entree...
