I think Indy is a bit smoother too ~ plus I actually enjoy the Indy ride more because there is more scenery to look at along the way...plus that bridge and all that fire is just cool

I think Dinosaur is a bit cheap because they keep it in the dark so they could save $$$ on making any scenery. At least IoA's Jurassic Park is mostly outdoors and in the sunlight.
Amy wrote:But you get wet....really wet on Jurassic Park, and you stay blissfully dry on Dinosaur

Dry, yes, but sore and injured. You can dry out in about 1-2 hours, but the bruises take 1-2 days to go away!

I agree with Primeval Whirl. It's not bad at all when it's only one person under each bar, but when they make my husband and I ride under the same bar it is horrible. It is designed with the idea of a parent and child riding together, but two adults that aren't small frame can't fit their shoulders between the side bars comfortably. It's almost not worth riding when they make my husband and I (who both have larger frames) ride under one bar because it's so uncomfortable we can't enjoy it as much.
Can't wait to take my twin boys on their first trip to Walt Disney World! Planning on heading there sometime Feb-May 2014!

When they ask how many in your party, just say one! That way you'll each get your own side

My wife and i had this problem on our honeymoon, that was the only time we've rode it. we got off of the ride and looked at each and said, "Nope, we wont be riding that one again until we have kids."

Even then, maybe just let the kids ride while you watch'em ride it.

I don't know if this counts, but the benches for Finding Nemo - The Musical are really uncomfortable. I don't have much padding back there I guess, but waiting for the show to start was somewhat excruciating. I should bring a cushion next time:)

Ah, but those are uncomfortable by design, at least for the bee stings!

At least they have backs, that makes them a little more comfortable than the Fantasmic seats!

I think they have tamed the bee stings down ~ they didn't seem so bad this time around!

We've definitely considered that, though about half the time that would mean we'd end up getting split between two different cars and I kind of hate that. But I don't know how else to succinctly explain it either other than "We're too fat to fit under one", and I'm just too embarrassed to say that. Plus, it's not a fat thing - it's our shoulders that won't fit side by side (okay, okay, and my big hips

). It's always a relief when a cast member is understanding and does it on their own.

Thank goodness for caring CM's huh?

You could always say "Two, but on separate sides please?"

Were you more worried you were going to fall out because so much of your body was above the rocket

or more worried that your head would be lopped off by some unseen, low overhead hanging track?!

That's a nice way of putting it and I think that's what we'll do next time. But they're going to be down for refurb when we're down there next, so I guess it won't help me then.

Well since you obviously survived I guess that answers the question that I've always wondered about whether or not my 5'4" self could safely raise my hands on Space Mountain without getting them amputated.
