What ride/attraction won't you ride?

I don't know why but I just don't ever feel the urge/want to go or on or see the exact copy that we have back here at DLR. That and WDW's Fantasmic, I've never heard a good comment on it from anyone who had seen ours first.

Once you seen the original Fantasmic at DLR, you're spoiled. You can't watch the DHS version without feeling cheated...

Sounds Dangerous..I am pretty sure I wouldn't waste my time on that attraction even if they were given away cash prizes to everyone that did. This is just one of many attractions at the Studios that needs to disappear (or be renovated).

I also haven't shot myself in the face, but I know it's something I would not be interested in trying.

I will not go on the backlot tour again until they change it, fix it, or at the very least bring it back to it's original luster. It is by far the lamest thing in WDW! Wheeeeew, got that off my chest!

I have to echo everyone in regards to Tomorrowland Speedway. I've always had a dislike for this ride. They're slow, sound like they're on their last leg, smell of fuel - and it's on rails! What fun is that? I've had more fun steering the grocery shopping cart than I ever did driving those. Even when I was a kid I hated 'em. Oh, to be spoiled by the local go-karts.

Other rides I'm not too keen on are Honey, I Shrunk the Audience! and the Studio Backlot Tour. The former, to me, is a cheesefest. It's outdated, not funny, and overall quite lame. And the latter I personally don't have any fun. The earthquake and rundown set pieces do not justify the long wait. And don't even get me started on Michael Bay.. surely a better movie and director could have been chosen? /movie snob

There are other rides I don't care too much for. Sourin' - while I can appreciate being a good ride - I felt to be an huge lackluster. I never had the sensation of flying through the air.. it was more like I was sitting on a park bench hoisted 10 feet in the air and rests in front of a screen. Underwhelming, to say the least. Though I think I would go on it again. I've only been on it once.. so maybe it was just bad judgement?

I would say give Soarin' another chance. Let us know if you still feel the same after another ride...

I hate to be closed-minded, so I'll give it another go. Perhaps I let the anticipation and hype get to me.. or maybe I just had a bad seat. Well, everyone in my family loved it. So who knows.

Don't think too much about it, just relax and go with the flow. And inhale deeply when they are misting the scents out at you

HISTA hasn't been around for a while now... Replaced with a show even more out of date (captain eo) with "updated" (and I use that term very loosely) effects that were used in HISTA.

Yes agreed... ask a castmember to sit in the first row in the middle. Then you will be the highest row up, with no feet dangling above you and right in the center. This is truely one of my favorite rides at WDW!

I can attest to this. When we were there in 2009 we ended up on the far right end...on the bottom row. It was a huge letdown. On our second or third day to Epcot we asked the CM if we could sit in the middle section on the top row. She had us step to the side and we waited on the next group. It was totally worth the extra wait and DW and I did the same thing on our trip last year. I will always do this from now on. It also gives you time to talk to the CMs which is always fun.
