DH and I have always wanted to try Vicki and Al's (as we jokingly call it) for a special occaison, but when we look at the menu, we decide to pass. Seems a little odd. I'm sure it's good though?!

I am really excited to eat at Coral Reef!!!. I love seafood my Df does not but i have looked at the menu and there are other things that look great as well. I was really trying to talk him into going into the water for scuba diving but he just willl not do it!!

Does your DF scuba dive?! You have to be certified to do Dive Quest. This is a fantastic dive b/c you are so close to all of those huge creatures! It's out of this world! I've done Dive Quest 5 times now, it never gets old! Plus, it's a hoot to wave at all the people! :D

We enjoy the food at Coral Reef as well.

He does not have his certification but we know someone who gives lessons back up here in NY. So if it was something taht he was interested in we could get our lessons. I really want to but he is so nervous about swimming with things like that.

If you don't scuba, there are other tours you can do at The Seas. One of them is basically snorkeling at the surface (I believe it's called Aqua Seas Tour) and they also do a Dolphins in Depth tour as well. So, if you don't scuba there are other options. :)

B-babe, on the dolphin tour, do you actually get to interact with the animals?

From what they've told us on the behind the scenes part of Dive Quest, when you do the Dolphhins in Depth Tour, you are waist deep in the water and you interact with the dolphins. They showed us the area and how the dolphins do shape recognition etc...I think you get a pic. as a keep sake! It looks pretty cool!

Thanks for the info! I might have to check into this since I have always wanted to physically interact with dolphins!

What other things as far as tours would be good for a couple to do?

I've heard great things about all of the backstage tours.
From what I've heard, the Segway tour at EPCOT is cool.
and non-tour stuff...
Even though it is aimed at kids, I think the Kim Possible Mission cell phone thingy @ EPCOT would be fun for a couple to do.
Disney Quest at night (once the kids have cleared out) is pretty fun as a couple.
Pleasure Island used to be a lot of fun, but they have changed everything around there so I am not sure how it is now.
Mini-Golf near the Boardwalk is a good couples thing.
I haven't been there yet, but I would like to go to Jellyrolls dueling piano bar.
Also, if you're near PO Riverside Wed-Sat nights starting @ 8:30pm they have great entertainment in the bar area w/ Bob Jackson on piano.

You won't be disappointed!!! DH and I have done this twice now and what a blast! If you go for the earlier tour you'll get all the way around WS, if you take the later tour, the park will already have opened and the tour only goes half way around WS. Both are fun though!!! :D

Is the second tour the same price even though it is shorter?
