4 pages is too small for discussion about a bridge horizons!
I am guessing that vertical construction means that all the major work rebuilding the span acorss the water is pretty much complete. We might be able to get an idea of what it will look like from seeing how it looks above the walls.

Thanks for linking to the picture. Definitely like how they have removed the slope to the bridge.
