DF and I changed our ADRs from Narcoossee's to Boma. Reason is because we're going to be in AK that day and we would lose a lot of time due to travel and changing clothes just to get to Narcoossee's. Plus...they're offering free dining during our stay...and Narcoossee's takes up 2 table service meals. If we're going to eat for free...we want to stretch it as much as possible. So...we'll go to Boma and then maybe over to the Boardwalk or something for a romantic stroll. Not sure where we want to go. If a park has Evening EMH we could very well go there.
We're still going to do lots of romantic stuff...just figured Narcoossee's wasn't going to fit in this time around. Maybe for an anniversary though.

I have always wanted to eat at the Coral Reef too but the one time I had finally talked my Mom into it, we entered and had to leave. She is allergic to seafood and the smell was just too strongadelyser wrote:We really have not ate at many of the disney world sit down dinning normally we would just do quick service for lunches and then for dinner wehn we went last time we ate at the yahtsman steak house, we at at the resturant at MGM that is on the left with the big buffet and then i think that we ate at the captin resutrant at downtown.

It was a very strong seafood smell when we walked in the restaurant but I imagine it wouldn't be as noticible (or objectionable) if you weren't dealing with an allergy...adelyser wrote:oh man that stinks!!! Literally lol!!! Does it really smell that bad? Like my DF is not a huge fan of seafood but will eat things like seafoodbisque or lobster tail or crab meat, no cooked shrimp or mussels or clams. lol He is kind of a picky eater lol
I on the other hand love it!!!

Victoria and Alberts
We did Victoria and Alberts for our honeymoon (we were staying at the GF so it was an easy option). It's definitely not your typical fare (I had never eaten elk meat before!), but it was fun to try haute cuisine. A very expensive option, but very memorable!adelyser wrote:Any suggestions on some great resturants on the dinning plan for lunch or dinner?

I would guess that is was a very nice dinner for a honeymoon ~ and you have to splurge a little for that momentus of an occasion!Brian845 wrote:We did Victoria and Alberts for our honeymoon (we were staying at the GF so it was an easy option).
