It's a great ride and you do get wet, really wet...even with a poncho you get really wet. It does seem like there are always about two people on it who are spared, but odds are your gonna get wet. Even on the colder days at the park its a must do, but you might want to bring a spare set of clothes.

I've become a fan of all the extreme water rides over at Universal, so unfortunately, while I still like Kali, I don't love it anymore. Guess that's the way it goes (after you're soaked to the bone by huge buckets of water on Bluto's Barges).

If you bring Universal Orlando into the picture then I like the water rides there better than at Disney.

my dad loves the ride, my mom hates it and I'm kinda in the middle. The ride is great don't get me wrong but it is probably the ride you get the most wet on which is fine just takes a long time to dry even in the florida heat

In my experience the ride is great fun although i have to say the Popeye ride in IOA is better , you defantly get alot wetter lol.

I haven't been on Kali in a long time. I will have to weigh the weather against the attraction this time. I don't want to be soaking wet in cold weather :(
