While Star Tours and Universe of Energy definitely need help, I voted for CoP. While I love it as it is, the last scene is rather dated. Maybe they could show the kids talking to the parents through a video link from their university where they're working on a nebulous, unnamed project that would revolutionalize the way we live? Or change the script so it refers to technologies that became available at the turn of the 21st century instead of trying to keep up?

Big Thunder
I would love to see more scenery during the Big Thunder ride. I love the desert animals and I would like to see more. Maybe a real miner?
I love this ride and I know its primarily a thrill ride, but I think if they updated it, it would be all the more greater!!

I still haven't been able to vote in this poll because I can't decide (although there are a few I definitely wouldn't want 'upgraded'), but this made me giggle out loud.Cheshire Cat wrote:They should just build a ride sequel to CoP dedicated solely to the future - that way they don't have to place as much stress on CoP... wait a second...
It's too bad we can't get a corporate mole inside the company at the level that makes decisions and have them suggest this Revolutionary Idea(TM). I bet they'd eat it up without even realizing what they were doing.

Star Tours is really "80's" in the pre show video look out for the ladys hair! It's totally awsome though out dated. Also I think it would be interesting to have a new adventure over traveling to ?endoor? Maybe have a few movies that run randomly for each ride. That cycle... just to mix it up.... they can do more with this I think.

Although I agree that Star Tours is more than a bit dated, and Space Mountain is a little ragged, I had to vote for Jungle Cruise. It was one of my favorite rides from little on, and it's sad to see the "next generation" bored and ready to tear the attraction down in favor of something more "modern." A facelift in terms of technology would really do well here.

I had to vote for Star Tours because with all of the developments in science fiction and the ease of updating this attraction, it would be a quick and easy fix. Searching the previous posts I also have to agree with my girl Calypso concerning the Speedway area. I mean, those little cars are just so out of touch with what is currently available and it's just screaming out for a Pixar "Cars" theming.

Not that I would put it past Disney with their apparent goals for Pixarland, but I think Cars would be an awful idea for the theming to update the Speedway. That movie has absolutely nothing to do with "tomorrow." It would make even less sense than all the other Pixar movies they've lumped into Tomorrowland. Maybe if they want to do that and then just extend Fantasyland around to include it.GhostHost wrote:I mean, those little cars are just so out of touch with what is currently available and it's just screaming out for a Pixar "Cars" theming.

Speedway...
Over all, defiantly the speedway! I can smell the gasoline from here... (COUGH! COUGH!)
Also would be Journey into Imagination: With Figment. It used to be so cool! Now you just look at a really bad CG Figment on screens. I want my fourth rehab!

I totally agree with you. Sure Star Tours and Space Mountain could use an overhaul but everyone, including many of us who are complaining, still ride them. How many people visit Tom Sawyer Island anymore. I have a pass and when we go to the park we may revisit this once out of ten times. It's a shame because it really is a great place to relax and a great place for kids to release some of that energy. Plus it really makes you feel separated from the rest of the park. Like you're on a real island. There is so much potential here. Heck, how often is Aunt Polly's open? They could make this a major restaurant that is away from most of the crowds and has quite the view.
