foldmama: cool, I'll make a note of that
knedeau: Hehe, I'm hoping to be as light as possible on the way out so that I can fit in lots of goodies on the way back again
addlema: Heh, you keep saying that, and I've written it down somewhere
Wooo! This time next week I'll be in Glasgow ready to fly to Florida a week tomorrow!

A Coronary would look bad for Disney
Orangemouse, you should start a thread and tell us a little about your program and give us reports during your stay like we hope acp will. And like LionSleepsTonight did.
I am very interested in hearing about the just out of high school program.

Maybe twinkies could be a once a week/month treat. You may get a belly ache from eating one if you're not used to all the refined sugar. The coronary comes from eating a LOT of them over a period of years...acp wrote:I'm guessing he didn't actually mean to eat them all at the same time.. or do they cause those symptoms anyway?
Andy.
I used to like Twinkies (when I was in High School), but I haven't had one in literally YEARS. Way too many calories for me! If I'm going to indulge ... I go for more quality junk (mmmm... Lindt 85% Cocoa, Dark chocolate..Very high in antioxidants! Heaven for your tastebuds!)
As Sockfire mentioned...There are MUCH Better alternatives that are tastier and/or healthier (The Dole Whip for instance). Hopefully you'll be walking a bunch as a Disney Employee.. because if you do have the Twinkies, devil dogs, etc.... you'll need that exercise to burn off the extra calories and preservatives in there....(Check out the ingredients.... the list is as long as your arm!)
Ok......... Getting off the soapbox

"Hey, Look at that guy in the Goofy Mask!" "That's not a mask!" "Oh... Sorry Lady!"

Good luck to you! I'm really jealous, okay? So have a great time down in Florida!acp wrote:And with that, the next message I post to this forum will either be from Glasgow tomorrow evening (UK time!), or from Florida when I get there on Saturday afternoon (Florida time)..
Andy.

We're looking forward to your posts, Andy. Lion did an incredible job of describing the time at WDW, and I'm really looking forward to your updates. Have a safe trip to Florida.
