Yeah, I do too, but every year I choose one ride to conquer.. 2 years ago it was Test Track. Last year it was Tower of Terror.. I would ride TT again (well not sure what it is gonna be like now) but ToT... no thanks.
BTW next February, its gonna be my first roller coaster... Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.

I hope you are right, Amy and Soarin'. I am really not a fan of roller coaster though I have been on a few... But I was told that it is a good entry level coaster for wimps and children.. I am not a child so that must make me a wimp, haha

I think that might have been my first roller coaster when I was about 6 years old. I remember holding on to my Dad's arm for dear life, but also laughing the whole time. You'll be fine

Nah, takes more courage as an adult. As a child, you just trust your parents

I guess that is true. My dad isn't the type to ride roller coasters. Not because he is scared, just because that isnt the type of thing he enjoys, but my mom would ride with my brother and I for sure.

Hahah!! Well no. She isn't a part of our annual trip. She did of course take us to Disney when my Bro and I were little, and she went one time about 3 years ago when my bro had a weekend meeting there. But they couldn't do much, since they had a 9 month old in tow.
So now my nephew (the 9 month old I was talking about) is 4, his sister (my niece) is almost 3.. and we were talking about a family trip to Disney or possibly a Disney cruise... but a wrench is in the works... now baby #3 is on the way, so that puts the trip on hold indefinitely.
At least I still have my yearly trip in Feb with my hubby and our friends. No baby to stop that!! hahah

Good thing you and your husband can go. Your brother might just have to suck it up and take his pregnant wife along. Surely there is a good time during her pregnancy that she could still enjoy a lot of the attractions and being with the older two, and not be too miserable herself...

Eh, I don't think it will happen, they have had to make a couple of trips this year, once to a wedding in NV and a couple of trips to family up in NJ so I don't think there is money for a baby and another trip. Besides, the baby is coming in October. not much time left.

Impossible. If you look up "misery" in the dictionary, there's a picture of a pregnant woman. At least, that's how it was for me. My apologies to the weirdos who love being pregnant (what's wrong with you?

) and those who have yet to enjoy the pleasure of being a parent but so desperately want to. I love being a mom. Being pregnant, nope.

And for the record, the husband was 44 before he would ride ToT. He had gone several times before, even worked Disney security for a year, and never went, because he's afraid of heights. But, he rode it with my family and me, and while he doesn't love it, he will go on again because it's not too bad.
So you see, you're never "too old" to try something new. Who cares why you've been holding out? Wimpy or not, it's irrelevant.

The speedway. Maybe if they change it to a better themed ride I like it more, but I've always felt it was a generic ride that had too long of await.
