Oh, I have photos of me taking a photo on the drop. I just make sure I have the strap around my wrist and a good grip on the camera itself. But I need to figure out some sort of screen cover so I can try using my camera in the attraction itself. I don't want to ruin anything by having an LCD screen all lit up in the dark attraction

Eek! In addition to it interfering with the fun, I think that sounds kind of scary

"They say the neon lights are bright on Broadway..."
The only two places I will ever need to be are Manhattan and Disney World.

Same way with RNR or any of the other big coasters that people do POV vids for....I would be absolutely scared to death that I'd drop the darn camera!

I've never tried to take photos on RnR Coaster. Too dark to capture anything I would think. Same with Space Mountain, although now that I have seen BIG's photo in the tunnel on Space Mountain, I might want to try that next time!
I have taken lots of photos on Big Thunder Mountain RR and Expedition Everest.

Yeah, if you watch POVs on RNRC, it is almost impossible to see what is going on...other than the highway signs that are blacklit.

A long time ago, I could ride that. Then as I've gotten older and my vertigo has gotten worse... not anymore. It kind of sucks because I do like the ride, my body just can't handle it.

Been on Mission Space once. Wasn't worth the 90 minute wait.

I agree there. I wouldn't wait more than 20 minutes or so for this attraction.

I haven't seen a line of more than 30 minutes for M:S in years even at peak times, at least not in orange. I think people are too afraid.
BTW guys, WDW doesn't really have too thrilling of rides. If you're afraid I'd suggest trying to conquer them here. I was afraid of inversions as a child and then I realized not only are they over in fractions of seconds, but they're really really fun. Obviously I'm talking about just straight fear, not physical inability to ride because of back issues, vertigo, whatever.
Seriously, these are thrill rides designed for 12 year olds so they are about as tame as thrill rides get. And some of them, like ToT or Everest are pretty cool queues/rides apart from the "thrill" component. Some people skip Splash as a "thrill" ride and it's like missing one of MK's best dark rides because of a 1 second drop. As far as I'm concerned, ToT is one of the top, if not top, attraction for building ambiance and actual theme. Get on, scream your head off if it helps (preferably not in a piercing banshee wail that most tween girls like to employ), hold the rails and enjoy. You'll be glad, I'm almost positive (again, this is if you're just afraid, not if you have actual physical limitations).
**EDIT: Oh and the "drop" at the end of ToT isn't really a drop anymore usually. You kind of bounce between a couple of stories for the most part. Every so often you may get a decent drop (like 4 stories would be my guess) but most people see how high the car is from the outside and assume it drops to the ground level- it doesn't. It's sort of a gradual decent through a series of bounces - like drop 2 stories rise 1/2 story drop 3 stories rise 1 drop 2..etc... It is random now but after probably 75+ rides I think I've had 3 or 4 that I've actually thought "Wow that was a big drop!" (and I mean that in a good/fun way).

There is no ride I won't go on at any of the Disney parks because of the ride itself, it just depends on the line on a given day or, after many years of visiting, a "lack of interest" factor. I know Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln is good, but I could only imagine sitting through it again with someone who's never seen it. Ahh, now there's a memory, soaking up some new amazement after you yourself have become so familiar with an attraction.

Jungle Cruise. It seems like the line is always excessively long and it moves really slowly.

Just make sure you go there at the right times of day. In my last 3 trips, I've never waited more than 10-15 minutes. Of course, then you've got to pray that you get a good tour guide. Some are incredibly funny. Others are mildly amusing. Once, I had an Asian exchange student guide that completely bombed every punchline. I don't know how she ever got placed there; she was NOT right for it.
But, the last time I rode, we had a guide who was hilarious. I know all the jokes, but the way he delivered them, I was cracking up. I made sure to compliment him when we left. It's really all in the delivery.
Hoping to go back to the Magic soon.
