Now let me get this, you practiced this at the airport? You didn't get in any trouble? Security didn't come running, you weren't searched, and nobody gave you a second look?
(In my best Rod Serling) Picture this if you will, Mouskedude is climbing on Jacca shoulders in a large metropolitan airport. An equally large security force surround the pair and tase them until they are incoherent. They pair latter wake up after being stripped and cavity searched for drugs and weapons in a maximum security mental institution never to be heard from again.
Again you practiced in the
airport?

Dumbo will definitely be open in September. Don't worry! Even with the walls up there is A LOT to do in Fantasyland. Yeah its a bummer that the walls are up and there is also some scaffolding up on Main St., but you'll be having such a good time that you won't notice.

Thanks for the link, kcarts. Cool to see that one of the first projects has been the new Dumbo area.
Btw, I am so riding Dumbo in August!

Well, it was not to get up on the shoulders, but to rather have Mark carry me on the plane as his carry on item. It was not too successful

Oh and welcome to Newark Airport where one person carrying another person in the terminal is perfectly acceptable.
As for the video, Thanks kcarts for sharing that link. It is interesting to see that within the past two weeks they have dug out an area and are getting ready to pour another foundation. It really looks like this project is progressing nicely.

Good one Len! Too bad it didn't work, otherwise I would try that on my next trip

Actually, they haven't done squat to the area that the new Dumbo area will be in (either in or near Mickey's Toontown Fair depending on whether you are looking at the blueprints or concept art). There are rumors that Pixie Hollow has been scrapped (hopefully for something else) but demoing MTF is the second phase of the project so there is yet to be confirmation of cancellation or not by Disney themselves.
In other news, the foundation for The Little Mermaid has started to be poured.

And when we find someone whose
Weirdness is compatible with ours,
We join up with them and fall in
Mutual weirdness and call it Love.”

We talked about the Winnie the Pooh tree earlier. Here are some photos that I took of the tree.
It looks like there's still scaffolding around it. Any guesses on what they're doing? It's tough to tell.

I am, as usual, clueless. I don't even think there
was a Winnie the Pooh tree the last time we were at WDW

It was in Pooh's Thoughtful Spot - a play area, across the "street" from the Winnie The Pooh ride
