Hate to burst anyones bubbles but it is not going to make a blind bit of difference to either of these two groups. The large South American groups always have at least two chaperones with the group not that you would really notice as they are usually leading the general chaos that surrounds them. They may be loud but they are generally very happy and pleasant to talk with.
The cheerleaders go around in smaller groups these usually have a senior in charge of them not normally anymore than six at a time. If you stay at All Stars during the cheerleading competitions you have to enjoy the chaos as there is a lot of them there.
Maybe the best opition when confronted with both groups is just go with the flow. Take a deep breath and enjoy the chaos that ensues.

You adore twisting words around, and it drives me crazy.

All I said was there are specific tour groups geared towards specific AGES that seem to never have chaperones. So imagine trying to enforce this rule with groups like that. I don't see how it will work so well.

But since you can't read my posts and figure that out, then think whatever you want.

But again, what does a tour group have to do with a thread about unaccompanied minors under the age of 14 entering the park gates without someone to vouch for them? That is all the rule is.

If the tour group is made up of children under the age of 14 entering the park gates without supervision...I would say that situation would fall under the new age limit rule. I doubt if several underage kids together cancels out the age rule. Even if they are brought into the park with an adult, and then released to run amuck  :?. I feel bad for the cast members in this case...how could it possibly be enforced, and when kids are in large groups they somehow think they can do just about anything they want. They try to impress their friends.

They are a tour group, which implies a leader, though once they get in they may simply be told "come back at..."

Also, as per the rule, they literally just need one person aged 14+ and that will allow them in.
