My favorite used to be the little velveteen bears in fancy dress that they sold in the UK at EPCOT. I have Queen Victoria, Shakespeare, Sherlock Holmes and a little fox hunter. They stopped selling them quite a while ago.

I also like little die cast models of the ride vehicles. One of my prized possessions is a die cast monorail.

I also like to get the usual: music CDs, t-shirts, pens, magnets, etc.
