That's only because this is an American/Canadian board. From the pictures I've seen with people lining up with their Duffys at TokyoDisney, I think Duffy would be way up there.mindflipper wrote:Getting back on topic in a way: have you notice, NaCler, that no one has yet listed DUFFY among their favorite things about any of the park?

No intent to offend our UK members for being excluded there. Yes, we do have members who live in the UK and could have others in Europe too. And although I haven't seen this member post lately, we do have one in Japan as well.momeja wrote:That's only because this is an American/Canadian board. Good point. Is Duffy-mania limited to Asia or has Europe caught Duffy-fever, too?mindflipper wrote:No intent to offend our UK members for being excluded there. You know, we haven't heard from Sleepy and Joe lately. Are they already on their trip to WDW?momeja wrote:Good point. Is Duffy-mania limited to Asia or has Europe caught Duffy-fever, too?
I'm guessing any self-respecting Brit would forgo listing Duffy as a favorite

"others in Europe" would be me, I guessmindflipper wrote:No intent to offend our UK members for being excluded there. Yes, we do have members who live in the UK and could have others in Europe too. And although I haven't seen this member post lately, we do have one in Japan as well.

But I haven't caught Duffy-fever (yet), but I haven't been to a park since he was introduced. Maybe that'll change, but I guess he won't ever enter my list of favorites...there are too many things that are better

Danke, Arvorenn. I have seen others from Europe too. I remember there was someone who posted on the forum who listed their location as the Netherlands.Arvorenn wrote:"others in Europe" would be me, I guessmindflipper wrote:No intent to offend our UK members for being excluded there. I believe Florian is from France, but we may have run him/her off when we didn't create a French translation of the site.

Re: Favorites...
Sure, a French version of the site would be interesting for those who can't speak (or better: read) English, but for those, the forums wouldn't be too interesting either - and I guess there aren't enough of native French-speakers here to populate their own forum, I guess (besides it would probably drive Sub nuts if he had to rewrite the site to make translations possibleAmy wrote:He did seem a bit bummed about the "English-only" site!

Besides, most of the audio is in English and we can't really translate all of that

Nine Dragons, huh? That restaurant continues to get a bad rap, so this is nice to see as I didn't have a bad experience the one time I ate there. If you don't mind my asking, what is it that you like about the restaurant?Kieffer12 wrote:EPCOT - Soarin'; Nine Dragons; Impressions de France; Chinese Acrobats

At the very end of my last trip I actually ate at Nine Dragons and had a great lunch! We had 20% off since we took the Undiscovered Futurewolrd tour, and both my wife and i really liked our dishes. Both tasted great and had just enough for a filling lunch. It was very slow and the waitress was there every 5 min with a new water. Would def. recommend! and If you can tell by some of my pics, I am a pretty big guy and love my food!! lol

Glad to hear someone had a good meal there! Our food came out over-cooked and dried out. The ribs were totally inedible. I knew I should have been suspicious as we were only one of four tables occupied in the restaurant!yodiwan1 wrote:At the very end of my last trip I actually ate at Nine Dragons and had a great lunch!
