I've stayed at all four and I have to say I liked Pop the best. For me it is the lake, I love walking along at night watching the lamp posts twinkle away. I also really liked the pool as well as the theming. In my humble opinion the main difference with the values is the amount of kids... kids.... kids.... everywhere. I don't get that feeling at the other resorts. I mean of course there's kids but at the other resorts there seems to be other types of folks as well. You know, the honeymooners (or 2nd or 3rd honeymooners), couples w/o kids, etc. For some reason at the values I've seen more unattended children running about. But it's all good I love all the resorts, I think each one has something special about it.

We've only stayed at the All Stars and Pop Century. We once stayed at a cabin at Fort Wilderness with a big group of us. But The All Stars and Pop Century is all we can afford so we stay there a lot.
I have to say I think Pop Century is the best. With a very very close second being AS Movies. The theming of them all is pretty incredible with more photo opportunities than you can shake a digital camera at!

I've stayed at all of the All Stars. For about the price of one moderate room, you can get two value rooms. If you have children, Disney has rooms that are connecting (with inside doors.) I'm not interested in the suites for the price. I love the Disney atmosphere at the AS. I've stayed at Boardwalk, Old Key West, Saratoga Springs etc., but for the value, AS rooms are
GREAT!

Pop Century is the only value we've ever stayed at. We're staying @ ASMusic for upcoming September trip.

I would have to say that my favorite is the Sports. The reason is that it is always lively and everybody is excited to be in the Disney World which gets me excited. Another reason is that when the allstar resorts share a bus to and from the parks, the sports resort is always the first to be picked up and the first to be dropped off.

All Star Movies. Staying in the Mighty Ducks blocks. Half way between The Movies Lobby / Bus drop off and the Music Lobby / Bus drop off so transport to either will get you too or from your bed. After all If you are not asleep why are you not out and about. Mighty Ducks has it's own pool and all the main pools are just a short walk away. I think they are all heated. All stars are great value.

I didn't know any of the resort pools were HEATED. Are you sure? Does anyone know if any other pools are heated?

I believe the Ft. Wilderness campground pools are all heated.

I go in January and can certainly vouch for the Mighty Ducks pool being warm. I cannot say for sure if it heated however I am sure it would be a lot colder if it wasn't.

I've stayed at the All star Music, Movies, and am staying at Sports this upcoming September....Movies was better then Music by far...Music shared the busses with Sports and it seemed like the buss stops were the farthest at every park. Last Year we stayed at Old Key West. oh man..no comparison vs. the value...but not sure if it is worth the extra money.

We never stayed at the Pop Century, but we have stayed at all three All Stars. Movies was the favorite, followed by Music and then Sports. Since discovering about renting DVC points, these hotels are a thing of the past.

I have never stayed at one of the Value Resorts but Pop Century seems the most interesting to me. Reading the reviews I think that it might be worth trying it out sometime! Maybe then with the money we saved we would be able to go every year instead of every other year!

I have stayed at All Star Music and Pop Century and I would have to say I love Pop Century. The theming is so much better. My kids loved the pools and seeing the giant Mickey Mouse phone. We love the 80's and 90's being teenagers in those times frames and seeing the pac-man's and sayings really makes it special.
