I thought there was an article going around that Bridget Murphy was going to do the voice but then got fired. And then some big shots said the movie was crap and the film might not be released.

Well, either way I don't really have a problem if they created a new land. What I DO have a problem with is all the merchandise released before there was ever a film. YES it's all about MONEY. But still, just seems bad form to release all this stuff and the film is a mess. Just seems like there was a focus on quantity not quality!

I miss House of Mouse :(
-you're going to have to make it a bit bigger; they've actually got them here. And they're not made of plastic - Eddie Izzard

I miss Walt.

I wish someone would take over the company that would be a little less commercial. I mean, I'm no economist and please, correct me if I'm wrong but...Disney isn't LOSING money. Why not step back and let things BE for a little bit?

ckc0915, thanks for that. I was curious as to what they'd look like. My favorite moment with Tinkerbell is in Peter Pan when she stands on the mirror in the nursery and measures her hips with her hands. LOL

I do get a little tired of seeing the princess thing all over the place but they are classic characters and so long and the children love them I'm fine with it. I read all about this new Fairyland business and even though I prefer the traditional Tink I may just go see it once. Although, being 5'10 and not so petite I think if I take a picture it would look like godzilla attacking Fairyland.

lol, i think the meet and greet area is supposed to make you feel like you shrunk down to fairy size, but that was a hilarious image you put in my head(i may wish that it happens if the movie is really bad)

Heres what I have heard. Its not going to be a theme park it will just be an attraction. Now take a gander as to where, why, and how they will build it. Now if you look at DLR in California they have certain rides that WDW dosent. But they are slowly trying to change that (ei: matterhorn-mt everest). So think of one ride that DLR has in fantasyland that WDW dosent have. There is the Alice in Wonderland ride and the storybook ride. Now they really dont have room to do both at WDW fantasyland, but there happens to be enough room for one, in a vacant lot, behind the winnie the pooh playground, where 20000 leagues under the sea used to be. That is where its gonna be. At least thats what I have heard and I am just lettin you guys know what the rumors are currently.
